Working with Women Phase II

Over a three-year period, from 2018 to 2021, SAJIDA partnered with SNV Netherlands to provide a robust mental health support system to 3,500 female workers of two RMG factories in Tangail and Narayanganj. Project activities have included orientations on gender-based violence and positive parenting; para-counselling sessions to address mental health and well-being, teaching women to recognize the symptoms of mental illness; referral systems for personal and professional stress management, and establishment of anti-harassment committees.
