Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman often said that his dream was to “bring smiles to the faces of the destitute”. To commemorate National Mourning Month, SAJIDA Foundation has launched the month-long “Food Distribution for Urban Poor Families” program in Dhaka, Gazipur and Chandpur. The initiative was virtually inaugurated by the chief guest, Mr. Md. Fashiullah, Executive Vice Chairman, Microcredit Regulatory Authority. Ms. Zahida Fizza Kabir and Mr. Md. Fazlul Haque, CEO and Deputy Executive Director respectively of SAJIDA Foundation were also present at the inauguration ceremony.
