An "Inception Meeting" was organised on 18th July 2023 at the Chattogram City Corporation in collaboration with SAJIDA Foundation's SUDIN Programme. The esteemed Mayor of Chattogram City Corporation, Md. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury, and the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Tauhidul Islam presided over the meeting. Other Officials from Chattogram City Corporation and Ward Councillors were present in the meeting.

The primary objective of this meeting was to align the efforts of the SUDIN Programme with the Chattogram City Corporation's initiatives in working for the betterment of slums, makeshift settlements, and pavement dwellers. The event commenced with a welcoming address by Mr. Fazlul Haque, Senior Advisor of SAJIDA Foundation.

The chief guest of the event, Mayor Md. Rezaul Karim Chowdhury encouraged the solvents of the society to come forward in donating for the cause of humanitarian response in his speech. He asked NGOs like SAJIDA foundation to come forward in battling current emergency situation of Dengue. He also promised overall support in initiatives of SAJIDA Foundation within the jurisdiction of Chattogram City Corporation.
