SAJIDA Foundation, in partnership with The British Asian Trust and Primark, launched a mental health initiative targeted towards RMG workers. The project aims to transform mental health provision and awareness through training and capacity building of factory workers, promoting psychosocial well-being, positively impacting productivity; and reducing absenteeism, turnover and work conditions in RMG factories.
